VSP arrest man in connection to domestic assault in Arlington

Vermont State Police say they arrested Cameron Ray, 33, of Arlington, VT on Saturday morning in connection to a domestic disturbance.
Police say they responded to a residence on Vermont Route 7A in Arlington around 3:00 a.m.
It was determined through investigation that Ray had threatened and caused physical pain to a family member, said police.
Officials say Ray was arrested and charged with domestic assault and criminal threatening.
He was taken to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
Police say Ray was later released on conditions and ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on February 10 at 12:30 p.m.
