A baking company in Washington County is moving into a brick-and-mortar store. Coffee And will call 99 Main Street in Greenwich home.

The owners describe the business as a small batch bakery.

They currently operate at the Cambridge Valley Farmers Market every weekend, serving up breakfast pastries, bread, cookies and more.

You’ll also find them at festivals across the area.

The owners wrote on Facebook, “‘Coffee And’ was a colloquialism coined by co-owner Gordon McQuerrey’s grandmother.

It meant sitting down and enjoying the company of loved ones over a tasty treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

They hope the new bakery will bring a semblance of that feeling and become part of other family’s traditions as well.

Coffee And is eyeing an opening next month.
