Wilton hosts Narcan training and distribution
Saratoga County held a free Narcan training and distribution on Saturday.

The event took place at Gavin Park in Wilton.
People learned how to recognize an opioid overdose and administer nasal Narcan.
Organizers say this event is important, as opioid-related overdoses have increased.
New York State’s Good Samaritan law allows people to call 911 without fear of arrest if they are experiencing an overdose that requires medical care or if they witness someone overdosing.
