The BDC Group, a developer, construction, and asset management firm, with offices in Latham and properties across the Greater Capital District, is growing once again. BDC has announced the acquisition of two premier student housing complexes in Buffalo and Rochester, and it plans to invest significantly in capital improvements to meet the quality and lifestyle needs of today's college students.

The business already has offices in Latham and properties across the Greater Capital District.

Now BDC has acquired of two premier student housing complexes in Buffalo and Rochester. It plans to invest significantly in capital improvements to meet the quality and lifestyle needs of today’s college students.

BDC is partnering with national institutional real estate investor Lubert-Adler on the project.

The group’s portfolio includes luxury multi-family housing and “Stack-N-Stor” climate-controlled self-storage facilities.

Led by RPI alum Cosmo Marfione, BDC has invested heavily in downtown Troy in recent years with the Incite luxury living residential building and the Kings Landing luxury residences now under construction.

The group also has residential properties in North Greenbush, Ballston Spa and Lake George.
