Bennington welcomes new barbecue restaurant

There’s a new barbecue spot opening up at a Bennington distillery.

Pearl’s at the Garage promises to bring a bold, smoke-forward menu to the heart of downtown Bennington.

It celebrated a grand opening this week at Village Garage Distillery.

This new concept blends southern-style comfort food with a Vermont twist.

Guests can expect slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and ribs served alongside rich staples like mac and cheese, pit beans, cornbread, and more.

It’s all designed to pair perfectly with the craft cocktails and small-batch spirits from Village Garage.

Village Garage Distillery sells its own distilled bourbon, whiskey, rye, gin, and vodka.
