New restaurants coming to Albany, Colonie
There is some big news for a few Capital Region restaurants.
First, the Albany Business Review reports there’s new ownership at City Line Bar and Grill in Albany.
The publication reports Robert Malkus is now the full owner of City Line after co-owner Ryan Jankow sold his shares to Malkus.
The deal closed in mid-April.
Also, several years after it was first proposed, the plan for a new Chick-Fil-A in Latham has finally been approved.
It will be located near the Latham Farms Plaza. Developers plan to build a roundabout in the area to alleviate traffic concerns. The approval makes Latham the sixth Chick-fil-A location in the Capital Region.
Guilderland is getting its first Shake Shack. The popular burger chain will find its home in Stuyvesant Plaza – in part of the former TGI Fridays.
It’s expected to open late this year, or early next year.
