There’s a newly revitalized business space now open in Watervliet.

The Studios at 440 on 3rd Avenue is home to 16 thriving small businesses, including hair salons, massage therapy studios, an insurance agency, information services company and creative and wellness professionals.

The Studios at 440 is owned and operated by a trio of professionals with over 50 years of experience in real estate development and construction.

After a grand opening ceremony last week, there was an open house for guests to meet business owners and experience what the property owners call the “incredible energy and entrepreneurial spirit” within the building.
