Saratoga Springs welcoming new gourmet marketplace

There’s a new gourmet marketplace coming to downtown Saratoga Springs.

PDT Market will offer customers a selection of groceries, specialty food items, grab and go lunch and dinner options, along with floral and home goods gifts.

The owner says the idea for the space has been years in the making.

Chef Adam Foti and his team have developed an experiential space where he hopes customers will eat, shop and learn in downtown Saratoga Springs.

The space will include unique elements like a build-your-own charcuterie board bar, cooking classes and private event space.

Foti looks forward to welcoming the Saratoga Springs community through PDT Market’s doors very soon
