Rensselaer County health officials reported 18 new coronavirus cases Thursday.

That includes a Bennington college student, a student in the Troy School District, and more students at Averill Park High School.

The Averill Park School District has four new cases, three students and one staff member. That makes nine new cases in that district just this week alone.

The high school is already fully remote this week, and they have decided to remain fully remote through November 30.
