Troy police have arrested a man from Cohoes and charged him with arson. They say Donte Kennedy had an argument Wednesday morning with someone living in a house on 6th Avenue in South Troy.
Kennedy is accused of breaking into the house and starting a fire.
The Troy Police and Troy Fire Department responded and put out the flames.
Everyone in the home got out safely.
