TROY - Hudson Valley Community College is out with their plan for the fall.

The school says it will have a limited number of labs and lecture classes on-campus and in-person. The majority of its 1,600 courses will be online.

The college has also chosen to freeze tuition at the 2019-2020 rate of $2,400 per semester for New York state residents.

The semester will begin on August 31 as planned.
