TROY - People who live on the east side of Troy say delays in their mail delivery are getting out of control.
They've been sharing their experiences on a neighborhood Facebook page.
Some people have been waiting up to a week for their mail, if it comes at all. Sometimes it's not delivered until 8 p.m. or 9 p.m.
One person says they got their December Spectrum bill on January 18.
NewsChannel 13 has actually been following this story since early last year. We reached out to the Postal Service in February. A spokesperson told us they're always working to improve service.
We called and emailed again this week to follow up. We're still waiting to hear back.
Hear about some of the responses residents say they got when they filed complaints by watching the video of Jacquie Slater's story.
