Troy police investigating shooting

Troy police are investigating a shooting that happened late Tuesday night.

NewsChannel 13 first broke this story on Live at 11.


It happened on 6th Avenue between Swift Street and Glen Avenue.

A 36-year-old man from Troy was shot multiple times and hit in the arms and legs, police said. Emergency crews transported the man to the hospital. He is expected to survive.

Police have no suspects and no motive for the shooting.
