13Investigates has heard from several viewers who are sharing their negative experiences with the Cozy Cabin in Warrensburg.

We first told you about the stove and fireplace shop when a Gansevoort couple said they have been waiting two years for a $6,000 refund.

Now, a Saratoga man said he also paid thousands of dollars for a fireplace he never received, and only got his money back after taking the shop to court.

Cozy Cabin did not respond to emails for comment.
