Two Missouri men were sentenced in Washington County Court Friday for kidnapping two young girls.

Prosecutors say Bradley Mittler and Brian Hafer drove to the area so Mittler, who is 25, could meet up with a 14-year-old girl he met online. They carried out a scheme to get the 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old friend away from their parents.

Mittler told the girl's mother he was 17, even showed her a forged driver’s license and a school transcript.

Hafer posed as a father of one of the girls to convince the other's mother to let her daughter go on a sleepover.

Mittler repeatedly raped the 14-year-old at a Queensbury Motel before taking the girls to Missouri.

When they found out police were looking for them, they dropped the girls off in Ohio.

Mittler pleaded guilty to kidnapping and got 15 years at sentencing today.

Hafer pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping and got five years.
