Man recovering after struck by dump truck in Warren County

 Warren County investigators say a man hit by a dump truck in Queensbury is still recovering at Albany Med.

According to authorities, 23-year-old Michael Stout of New Jersey was hospitalized after he entered the eastbound lane of Route 149  and was hit by a County Waste and Recycling Mack dump truck Friday.


Authorities say Stout entered the road attempting to retrieve a baseball hat. 

The truck driver was not injured.

No tickets have been issued.
