Spotty cell service frustrating for people in parts of the Adirondacks

Communities in Warren and Washington counties say gaps in cell service are a roadblock to business. It's been an issue for years, but many argue that cell service should be improving faster than it is.

Drive north along the Northway and the views can be breathtaking. However, glance at your phone and you will notice as you see more trees, you will see fewer bars.

A group of state legislators representing Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties is asking the state to take another look at closing the gaps of cell service. They say public safety, education, and commerce depends on it.
