Man accused of stabbing brother in Warren County

The Warren County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man after they say he stabbed his brother.

Police say around 6:15 Sunday afternoon they were called to 3821 State Route 9L in the town of Lake George.


They say 47-year-old Stephen Lippoth had a fight with his brother after he says his brother was playing a movie too loud on his laptop.

Police say they situation escalated and Lippoth stabbed his brother with a knife in his stomach.

The victim is expected to be okay.

Lippoth is facing an assault charge.
