A man from Clemons in Washington County is accused of having sexual contact with a child less than 13 years of age.
The sheriff's office says John Dennison III is charged with felony sex abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dennison was arraigned and then released and has to appear again in Dresden Town Court at a later date.
