Some village elections that were postponed from March will be happening Tuesday.

The elections were set to take place on March 18, but officials delayed them at the onset of the pandemic.

Some villages will be taking extra precautions. The village of Granville will allow voters to keep the pen they used to fill out their ballot.

There will also be sanitizing throughout the day. Floors will be marked to keep voters six feet apart, and doors will be kept open to avoid people touching common surfaces.

Granville is holding a special election to fill a three-year trustee position.
