SARATOGA SPRINGS – There is a good chance that many companies will never go back to business as usual, as employees no longer want to work the traditional 9-5.

A Saratoga Springs business owner has figured out when it comes to women, this change will do them good.

On Broadway in Saratoga Springs, you will find women working throughout the building. However, it’s not the traditional work space. It’s called The Palette – a workstation where women can do office work, hone their entrepreneurial ideas or even work on a book.

The space is the brainchild of Catherine Hover. She says the environment is all about supporting one another.

Learn about why she created it, and what she hopes people get out of it by watching the video of Elaine Houston’s story.
