Troy boudoir studio helping women build self-esteem through art

August 08, 2019 07:15 PM

TROY - Many know boudoir as the picturesque-like photography once considered risqué. Today, it's considered art and more females like Lindsay Rae are behind the camera.

They are supplying a demand. It comes from women who - like an athlete who builds confidence through sports, are turning to boudoir to build self-esteem and prove they've still got it.

In fact, so many women are daring to go barely there that the studio, A Self Love Experience in downtown Troy, is booked until 2020.

However, feeling good is expensive - more than $2,000.

Hear Rae talk about why she chose to do this kind of photography and its appeal by watching the video of Elaine Houston's story.
