SARATOGA SPRINGS - Many moms would love to work from home to be there for their kids. It happened to Casey Dolan of Saratoga Springs, but only after she returned to the thing she loved as a teen. Now, she's rolling in the dough.

Her business, Casey's Homemade Goods, is satisfying the sweet tooth of people across the country. It all began with her wanting to just give her child a healthy piece of bread.

Making good tasting, fresh bread was nothing new for Casey, she's been baking for a while. A friend suggested she make some "dough" by setting up a shop on Etsy.

She didn't think anyone would buy the bread online. However, she discovered a lot of people do - especially her Italian, sandwich and banana breads.

Wired Coffee Roasters in Malta started paying attention, and decided to add her baked goods to their award-winning coffee.

Her chocolate chip cookies and other goodies are fan favorites, too.

She says being a momtrepreneur is a daunting task, but it's worth it to live her dream of having a job and raising her kids.

Marty Michael, the owner of Wired Coffee Roasters in Malta, says Casey had a pop-up at his store a while back, and she sold out of everything.
