DUANESBURG - The doors of Henrietta "Hank" Dunn's beauty salon, Turnpike Tresses in Duanesburg, are closed because she's waiting for an amazing woman to show up -- not just her but her entire team. They anticipate her arrival any minute now.

Amy Field has been battling breast cancer and has had good and bad days. Unbeknownst to her, this is a going to be a good day.

She's literally had the red carpet rolled out for her and will be treated to a mani-pedi, a facial, new hairdo, and new outfit.

It's all courtesy of HelloGorgeous.org. Their motto is "restoring the beauty that cancer steals." Dunn became a partner with them four years ago.

Field and the other women selected are nominated. She was nominated by her sister-in-law, Amy Schrom.

Learn more about how the program works, and see Field's reaction, by watching the video of Elaine Houston's story.
