Evelyn Keplinger is living her second life and it is a sweet one! She makes elaborate wedding cakes with so much detail, they're almost too pretty to eat!

Before she made the cakes, she had a full-time job along with her husband, running a dry cleaning business.

The business was sold and the kids moved out. So in 2012, she took to the kitchen.

Through word of mouth, people began raving about how elaborate her cakes were -- with handmade edible flowers and pearls and vivid colors. She calls her company Treatie Beatie Custom Cakes.

See more of the custom cakes she's made, by watching the video of Elaine Houston's story.
