Albany Common Council calls for $15 million in state aid

The city of Albany is calling on the state for $15 million in Capital City Funding.
The City Common Council says the money is needed to make sure the city can continue operating without putting a strain on its residents and business owners.
Council members also want the funding to be permanent.
