Pittsfield health officials investigating possible COVID cluster at post office

The city of Pittsfield is investigating what appears to be a COVID-19 cluster.

They say it appears to be coming from the post office on Fenn Street. Four employees at that location tested positive for COVID-19 since September 28.

Health officials say the risk of exposure for customers is no greater than the risk in the general community. However, they want to make the public aware of the situation and advise everyone to follow the CDC guidance when visiting the post office and interacting with employees.
