New charges for Warren County man with decades-long stalking history

A Warren County man with a more than 30-year history of stalking dozens of women is in trouble again.
Michael Fuschino, 61, appeared in a Warren County courtroom Wednesday afternoon to answer fugitive from justice charges in Vermont.
Fuschino, who has been convicted more than 20 times for things like publishing false obituaries and shutting off victims’ power, was picked up in Warren County for failing to appear in Vermont on more aggravated stalking charges there.
