Group arrested for Saratoga Springs robbery, assault

Four people are accused in a robbery and assault in Saratoga Springs. Police say it happened around 3 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot of 20 Lake Ave.

Based on descriptions, the suspects were then located on Woodlawn Avenue and taken into custody. They are:

• Justin Rue, 36, of Saratoga Springs
• Krista Leverette, 32, of Rensselaer
• Michelle Betts, 29, of Albany
• Antonia Dean, 29, of Hudson Falls

Police say one of the victims was hit repeatedly with a cell phone, had cuts to her head and face, and was taken to Saratoga Hospital.
Three others suffered minor injuries.

Police say the suspects also took personal items from the victims.

Police say the groups had an exchange of words earlier in the night.
