People came out to the North Country over the Thanksgiving weekend to see what some artists were able to do with trees and ornaments.
It was the 30th Annual Festival of Trees at the Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls. You could go to see the different displays and there were plenty of vendors, if you wanted to buy something. The event was to support the Prospect Center, which is part of the Center for Disability Services.
"The community support is just overwhelming…as well as coming in and supporting prospect center," said Anne Schneiger Costigan. She is a spokesperson for the Center for Disability Services.
The festival continues through Sunday. The center serves 1,300 people with disabilities and their families.
