More charges for Warren County man with decades-long stalking history

A Warren County man who has been stalking women for three decades, is back behind bars.
Michael Fuschino was arrested in Warren County on a warrant from Vermont accusing him of aggravated stalking and a violation of his conditions for release.
He’s been convicted more than twenty times for things such as publishing false obituaries and shutting off victims’ power.
