Albany company gives big boost for charity that collects hats for kids with cancer

The annual Hatsgiving collection is getting a big boost from a local company.
Main-Care Energy in Albany is donating nearly 1,000 hats to the effort that supports children undergoing cancer treatment.
The company is also donating $1 for every hat to help with shipping costs.
Last year, Hatsgiving collected more than 8,000 hats and shipped them to nearly 80 hospitals around the country.
Friday is the last day you can bring hats to Recovery Grill or Sunmark locations.
