Saratoga County town may opt out of cannabis bars

Milton may opt out of cannabis bars. The town is holding a public hearing Tuesday, asking to opt out of on-site cannabis consumption businesses.
If approved, the town will follow Ballston, which said no to cannabis lounges in September. They are allowing licensed sellers to sell marijuana products in town.
Wednesday night’s meeting in Milton begins at 7:30 via Zoom.
