Mini Cooper hits state police car on Thruway

Three people are hurt, after a driver plowed into a state trooper vehicle in Ulster.
State police tweeted a photo, writing the car was hit while the trooper investigated a crash on I-87 in Ulster.
State police say Trooper James Adams was in the car when an Albany woman lost control and rear-ended it.
Trooper Adams and two passengers in the other car were taken to the hospital.
