RAVENA – The Department of Environmental Conservation says they have a clue into the dust that’s been appearing on cars in Ravena.
For weeks, residents were waking up to a layer of dust on their vehicles.
DEC tells NewsChannel 13 their division of air resources tested a sample of the dust, and found that it consisted of salt.
They aren’t sure what kind of salt or where it came from.
DEC says there have been no complaints of dust since November 10.
