Downtown Albany water main break may cause evening commute headaches

ALBANY – Crews are working to fix a water main break in downtown Albany that may cause issues for the drive home.
It’s on South Swan Street.
Police closed that road between Jay Street and Lancaster Street.
People who access South Swan Street from the tunnels under the Empire State Plaza will need to seek alternate routes.
