Farmer overtime threshold changes

The hotly debated overtime threshold will soon be changing for farmers after the Department of Labor accepted the recommendation to lower the OT threshold.
This change drops the current threshold from 60 hours to 40 hours.
The recommendation allows for 10 years to phase in the new overtime threshold.
