Massachusetts company gives ‘The Voice’ makeover to girl’s wheelchair

Halloween can be tough for parents of a child with a disability. It can be daunting trying to find the perfect costume.
That’s especially true for Savannah Smith’s parents. When Savannah was around 4 years old, she was diagnosed with Ogden syndrome. It’s a syndrome so rare only about 100 people in the whole world live with it.
It means she lives with cerebral palsy, she has epilepsy, and a heart condition.
A Waltham, Massachusetts company – SolidWorks – designed an amazing chair for Savannah while working with an organization called Magic Wheelchair.
It was made to look like a chair from the hit NBC show, “The Voice,” complete with a big red button!
