According to our media partners at the Berkshire Eagle, Lenox police responded shortly before 4 p.m.
They say a Pittsfield man was driving behind 70-year-old Deborah Horth, who they say stopped for someone crossing the road.
Police say the crash forced her vehicle into the back of a pickup truck that had a trailer attached – that was attempting to make a turn.
Horth was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the Florida resident who was driving with the trailer was cited for creating gridlock.
