Long police investigation leads to Troy arrest, $100k cash

TROY – A long police investigation ended with an arrest in Troy.
Police tell NewsChannel 13 investigators focused on quality of life violations within the Congress Street and 3rd Street corridor.
Multiple search warrants were executed at 86 3rd Street and 24 Defreest Avenue.
It ended with the arrest of Anthony Cockeral, who owned a business on 3rd Street.
Police say he had nearly $100,000 in cash, crack cocaine and a BB gun.
