Man accused of Washington County arson appears in court

The man accused of setting an apartment building in Greenwich on fire last month appeared in Washington County Court on Friday.
John Fox is behind bars and no bail has been set.
Police say Fox started the fire that destroyed the building at 126 Main Street in Greenwich, displacing several businesses.
He’s due back in court in May.
