Halfmoon man accused of shooting into neighbor’s apartment

HALFMOON – A Halfmoon man is charged with reckless endangerment and illegal discharge of a weapon within 500 feet of a dwelling.
According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Kennedy Jr. fired a gun into the floor of his apartment at Twin Lakes Apartments, and the bullet entered the apartment below his, which was occupied at the time.
No one was hurt.
