Saratoga County-based business 9 miles east brings healthy, local food to your door

If you’re always busy, but still want to eat healthy meals, a Saratoga County-based business has you covered.

9 Miles East Farm makes it easy for residents of the Capital Region to enjoy healthy local food.

Owner Gordon Sacks and his team create ready-to-eat meals delivered straight to your door with vegetables grown and harvested on their 29-acre farm, just east of Saratoga Springs.

They now serve Upstate New York, the Boston metro area and the New York City suburbs.

Customers and subscribers can choose from a variety of meals, including vegetarian, vegan, and paleo offerings. The flavors and dishes vary by season and always include locally-sourced ingredients from the farm.

Most recently, the farm is offering meal programs tailored specifically for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes.

9 Miles East also has a restaurant in Saratoga Springs.
