Dash cam footage shows altercation between biker and pedestrian

Take a look at this dash cam video that was sent in to us by a viewer.
In the video, there appears to be a physical altercation between the biker and the person on the side of the road.
The driver with the dash cam footage told us that they were going onto the Rt. 7 Bridge towards Troy at around 11:30 am when this occurred.
The driver who sent us the video described the other person as a panhandler. They also believes it was intentional, as they could see the biker making a rude gesture afterwards.
