As the nation continues to grieve the 19 children and two adults in the Uvalde school shooting, Victory Church on Central Avenue in Albany invited people to a prayer vigil.
Displayed on the monitors were the pictures of each one of the victims from Tuesday’s school shooting. On the stairs was a candle to represent each life lost, including the victims from the shooting at the Buffalo supermarket.
The vigil was for all the victims of recent gun violence.
Pastor Charlie Muller says this really hits home for a lot of people here in our community and believes near or far, prayer brings healing.
