The eighth anniversary of a Capital Region tragedy was this past weekend.
Many of you remember Kenneth White. He was just 5 years old when he was murdered at the hands of his cousin.
In the eight years since, a group calling themselves Kenneth’s Army Champions for Children, has rallied behind Kenneth and others like him. They held a vigil Sunday to remember him.
Members of the group gathered on Thacher Park Road, where his body was discovered.
Hear from the event coordinator as she talks about the initial search for Kenneth when they thought he was missing by watching the video.
