Bomb threat at Albany Jewish Community Center

The Albany Jewish Community Center (JCC) was evacuated Wednesday morning after a bomb threat. The threat was sent by email, according to the Albany Police Department.
Police were notified of the threat around 7 a.m. At approximately 8 a.m. Public Information Officer, Steve Smith said the building was being cleared by officers and K-9 units. He also said no further information was available.
People were allowed back into the building shortly thereafter. The JCC announced they would delay opening until 9 a.m. on Twitter.
