Selkirk woman faces DWI charges; pins pedestrian with car
The Albany county sheriff’s office says they responded to the area of 2504 Route 9W in the town of Coeymans yesterday afternoon for calls of a driver backing out of a parking space and pinning a pedestrian against a parked trailer.
The driver, 56-year-old Bonita Zupan failed standardized field sobriety testing and was arrested.
Police say her blood alcohol content was 0.10%.
Zupan was released on an appearance ticket and is expected in court later this month.
The 69-year-old pedestrian was transported to Albany med for a leg injury.
