Actor Ezra Miller cut a plea deal, ahead of a hearing Friday in connection with a Bennington County break-in.

It’s unclear at this point whether “The Flash” actor will appear in person.

Miller is expected to plead guilty to misdemeanor unlawful trespass, in exchange for a suspended sentence of no more than 90 days in jail.

Two other charges were dropped – including a felony burglary charge that could’ve carried a sentence of 25 years in prison.
