NewsChannel 13 salutes Navy Gunner’s Mate Arthur Frament Jr. of Waterford.
The father, grandfather and great-grandfather served in Korea during the 1950s.
He also played trumpet in the marching band for President Eisenhower’s inauguration.
He has been married for 66 years.
